We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email, profile details, and booking information. We also collect course progress in the iChef Academy and, with your permission, your address for bookings.
We use your data to operate the platform, match chefs with clients, process bookings, communicate with you, and improve our services.
Your exact address is shared only with the chef who has accepted your booking. Chef profile information is visible to users browsing the directory. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and access controls at the database level. No system is completely secure, so please protect your account credentials.
You can update or delete your profile information at any time. You may also request deletion of your account by contacting support.

iChef is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
